- To start model skills development centers ,programs to enable underprivileged youth acquire quality education and marketable skills for self-reliance, for their future employment to improve their livelihood.
- To work with the government, non-government organization, communities, families, Schools and individuals in ensuring that underprivileged youth are enabled to have quality education, marketable skills and develop their potential through their involvement in creative activities
- To make research and publicize findings for the purpose of improving education in Zanzibar/Tanzania.
