7. Gender and Diversity: We work towards and promote respect for gender equality and diversity. The Organisation at all times work towards the achievement of equity and gender parity in designing of policies, programs and in the allocation of resources.
8. Integrity: We apply the highest standards of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders. We do so realizing that social entrepreneurship is a long-term venture whose investors and all other stakeholders are constantly energized by trust. Integrity is crucial in everything we do.
9. Participation: at all times, we aspire towards full, equal and meaningful involvement of its members and beneficiaries in designing, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the organization’s policies and programs at all levels of decision making.
10. Independence: we are not affiliated to any political parties and  independent of government. No donor, organization or institution shall exert vision on our work, and therefore we are an independent organisation.
11. Voluntarism and service above self: We shall at all times expect our members and employees to primarily motivate by a compulsion and commitment to uphold human rights and a giving spirit to serve the underprivileged and not their own interests, financial or otherwise.
